Our service includes the reception, handling, loading, unloading, packaging, storage and importation of your merchandise once it arrives at our facilities.
The cost for this will be provided when contacting us, as it may vary depending on the type of shipment. We guarantee the lowest market rate.

There is no minimum purchase or maximum purchase.
RETURNS
We offer the return service in case you need to return merchandise to your supplier. This service is carried out as long as the merchandise has not been imported and is still in our warehouses. The cost for said service will be provided to you upon contacting us.
TRANSPORTATION FOR BORDER CROSSING
At the time of receiving the merchandise in our warehouses, it is necessary to transport it to the border (customs) for import procedures and then make the corresponding shipment.
If the shipment is of general merchandise that can be transported in standard size boxes, this service is included and has no cost.
If the shipment is of special merchandise which requires heavy cargo transportation, please contact us to quote the cost of transportation to cross the border.
STORAGE
Storage is included in our comprehensive service, however, if the import service is not paid within 30 days from its receipt in our warehouse, a fee of $5.00 USD per day will be charged for storage. storage
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you wish to insure your shipment, the cost is 1.5% of the value to be insured.
The insurance only covers theft or loss of the packages from the moment they are received at the El Paso, Texas warehouse until the moment of their corresponding final delivery. It only covers the value of the merchandise, not the services of ImportaYa! Border Logistics. The insurance does not cover blows or damages since it is impossible for us to know if the merchandise is used, if it works or if it was damaged during the parcel journey.

What is the cost of delivery to my address?Shipping cost is $350 MXN. for each box of up to 30Kg volumetric to any part of the Republic, with a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination.

What happens if a package arrives damaged, damaged, incomplete or open?At the time of receiving the packages in the warehouse, if damaged, damaged or open packages are detected at first glance, they will be rejected and returned to the sender without signing for their receipt. If the carrier allows it, the merchandise included in open packages or with apparent damage will be reviewed to verify that there are no shortages or apparent damage, if the carrier denies such review, the shipment will be rejected and returned to its sender.
